- Organize Tasks: First Offers, then Follow-up Offer Calls
- Start 4-minute timer
- Call agent via OpenPhone (954-807-3105)
- If connected:
- Introduce, confirm offer receipt, address objections (note in ReiFax)
- If offer not received: RESEND & confirm
- If email needed: send via ReiFax (see exhibit D)
- If counter: log in counteroffer box and escalate
- If tie-up: auto-handoff to MLR & send intro email
- If deadlock: escalate
- If no answer:
- Leave voicemail
- Send email (use template)
- Send SMS (use template)
- Mark task "Pending Retry"
- Stop timer, proceed to next call
